​The Church of the Divine Love

• On special Sundays in the holiday seasons, ​the children will join their families to partake in Holy Communion and receive a blessing at the altar.
  

• Every year at Christmas, the Sunday School puts on a lovely Pageant for the entire congregation.
  

• This is a wonderful way for the children to learn the Christmas story and get to share it with their families.
  

• Our Sunday School program is designed

       primarily for children in pre-school thru               middle school, though older children may             enjoy joining in. Open to all.

• The program, to start, will be held on a once-a-month basis, on the second Sunday of the Month. Please arrive 15 mins. early.

• The children will select from a variety of children's Bibles, and one will be asked to volunteer to read a short story on the week's theme.
  
• This will be followed on by an engaging round table question & answer discussion (note: much laughter will likely be involved)... as the group creates an evolving wall mural, to better visualize what they are learning from each lesson.
• There will be a healing prayer circle, for those who wish to participate, and the children will be encouraged to pray for one another, their families, the neighborhood, the Church and the Sunday School.
  
• Each Sunday School session will finish up with a Bible-based game or group activity.​
